Japan IT Week is the largest IT exhibition in Asia. Every year over 1400 companies join this event to present their products to the IT industry, to share their business knowledge and to gain new business opportunities. By now the last day of Japan IT Week is over and we want to share with you our experience of participating in this great event.
Our stand was located in the Cloud Computing Expo Japan section along with many other expert companies representing their latest developments in the related subject.
On the first day of exhibition several meetings with our Japanese partners took place. It was nice to finally meet them in person, as before we didn’t have such opportunity. We shared the experiences and made new plans to promote Zabbix in the Japanese market.
On the second day, Kodai Terashima, our Support Engineer gave a presentation on “Cloud Monitoring with Zabbix 2.0 OSS Monitoring Software” in one of the conference halls. We would like to thank everyone, who came to listen to Kodai, it is much appreciated. There were so many visitors that some of them had to stand yet this didn’t stop people from coming in 🙂
Today was the last day of Japan IT Week. We are still very excited, even though those have been 3 hard days of exhibiting. It is of course too early to speak about the results of the exhibition, but we may predict that in the very near future you will read about partnership agreements with new Japanese companies.
